Are you having a family reunion on Cape Cod this summer?  That's a perfect occasion to

schedule a family portrait session, perhaps at the beach.  When we're photographing large, multi-generational families

here are some of the different poses we'll do.  We start with the whole group.  Then the grandchildren, usually best

with the grandparents.  Followed by smaller family groups, just the kids of that family and usually the parents as a separate

shot. A grouping of the grandparents with their kids is usually a good idea, especially if there's an unmarried child.

Most of the time we'll have the kids take a short beach walk, which makes for an interesting, fun shot.
